Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free outbound shipping and free returns shipping to all U.S. addressed eligible orders. We ship via UPS ground and U.S. Postal Service. Expedited shipping is available, and we ship to all international addresses serviced by the U.S. Postal Service.

Shipment Processing Time
Our greatest hope is to ship your order the same day we receive it and we strive to achieve this. Sometimes it is not possible. If your order is placed after 3 pm pacific time it will ship the following day. If you place an order on the weekend it will ship on Monday. If Monday is a Federal Holiday and UPS is not running we will ship on Tuesday.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are able to ship free of charge to domestic Post Office Boxes and to APO addresses utilizing the U.S Postal Service.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
We will confirm to you via email your UPS tracking number, shipment departure, exceptions during shipment and confirmation of delivery. For Postal deliveries we will provide the USPS tracking number.

International Shipping
We will ship almost anywhere in the world using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If some reason we are unable to ship to you we will notify you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any import duties or taxes which may be applied to international shipments have not been included and we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the recipient (import duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages
We insure all shipments for full invoiced value. If you do not receive your order or receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier promptly and our support team to file a claim at 1-805-350-2201
Please document the damage with photos. Save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim. UPS may want to examine the packaging in particular. UPS and USPS require that the receiver initiate a damage claim. We as shipper are unable to do this for you.
